Prices for the stay, booking and payment
Prices are per one day of stay and rent the whole villa when occupied by a maximum of four guests. The house is designed for a maximum of six people (2 x 2 people in the bedrooms + sofa bed as a single to double bed in the living room on a comfortable pull-out couch).

- free cancellation at least 45 days before the start of the stay
- 15% cancellation fee in case of cancellation of a binding reservation less than 45 days before the start of the stay
- 50% cancellation fee in case of cancellation of a binding reservation less than 30 days before the start of the stay or if the rest of the payment is not paid
- 100% cancellation fee in case of cancellation less than 20 days before the start of the stay or if the stay is not used
Prices are valid from 1.6.2023 and can be updated during the year. Current prices will be communicated to the interested parties upon confirmation of the preliminary reservation and will be unchanged for a binding reservation.
Surcharge for air conditioning 250 CZK / day. From 1.6. to 15.9. air conditioning included.
For stays longer than 10 days, one day of stay is free.
For stays longer than 14 days the price is negotiable.
If the facilities of the house are used by more than 4 people a surcharge of 450 CZK / extra bed/ day is charged for each additional person.
Booking terms
Preliminary, i.e. non-binding reservations by the guest of the requested date are valid for three working days per reservation.
Payment Terms
The reservation of the stay is binding for both side only after the payment of 50% deposit.
The rest of the payment is payable no later than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay.
If the rest of the payment is not paid within the above-mentioned period, the reservation will expire, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Method of payment
Payment of the deposit and additional payment can be made by bank transfer to the account at FIO Bank Prague IBAN CZ4320100000002101210890, BIC FIOBCZPPXXX.
Upon request, we will send data for the card payment.
After payment is made, we send written confirmation.
Cancellation policy
If the applicant does not occupy the villa within the reserved period, the deposit and the rest of the payment will not be refunded. This also applies to cases where the applicant starts the stay later (in case the villa is not occupied, it is possible to agree on a postponement of the date of stay).
For reservations with stays falling within the period of validity of covides of viral restrictions, the advance paid is refunded unless the guest chooses a different date for accommodation in the same year.
